We have both hydraulic and mechanical equipment for shearing, blanking, piercing, roll slitting, and trimming of the steelwork required! That procedure involves lifting and placing components into position, then joining them together. Generally, this is achieved through bolting, while at times site welding is being used too. The assembled frame needs to be aligned before bolting up is completed, and the structure handed over to the principal contractor. It is important to understand, that the ability to complete these processes in a safe, fast and budget smart way is influenced significantly by early decisions made during design long before erection commences.
